By accessing or using LLMKOSHA (“the Service”), operated by Laxm OPC Pvt. Ltd.(“we”, “us”, or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LLMKOSHA provides an AI-powered digital visibility and discoverability platform that enables users to track, monitor, and optimize their online presence across search engines and AI answer engines. The Service is offered on a subscription basis with multiple plan tiers.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; (c) use automated tools to scrape or extract data beyond your plan limits; (d) resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent; (e) upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.

5. Subscription and Payments

Paid plans are billed annually. Payments are processed through PayU, a third-party payment gateway. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fee. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by Laxm OPC Pvt. Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Laxm OPC Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Specific exclusions of liability include but are not limited to:

Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities
Service interruptions, downtime, or performance issues
Third-party service failures or integrations
Security breaches beyond our reasonable control
Errors or inaccuracies in scan results or analysis
Changes to third-party services or platforms
Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, terrorism)

Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.

Exceptions: These limitations do not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, intentional misconduct, or breach of fundamental contractual obligations.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
