Refund Policy

1. Overview

Laxm OPC Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”) offers LLMKOSHA as a subscription-based SaaS product. We strive to provide a high-quality service, and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing.

2. Free Plan

The Starter (Free) plan is available at no cost. No payment is collected and therefore no refund is applicable.

3. Paid Plans — 7-Day Refund Window

If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of the original payment date, provided:

• This is your first purchase of that plan.
• You have not previously received a refund for any LLMKOSHA subscription.
• Your account has not violated our Terms of Service.

Refund requests submitted after 7 days of payment will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Renewals or repeated purchases of the same plan.
• Partial periods (e.g., you used the service for 6 months and want a partial refund for the remaining 6 months).
• Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations.
• Purchases made using promotional discounts or coupon codes.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] within the eligible window with:

• Your registered email address.
• The transaction ID from your invoice.
• A brief reason for the refund request.

We will review and respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method via PayU and may take 5–10 business days to reflect.

6. Payment Failures

If a payment fails after being initiated, no subscription is activated and no charge is applied to your account. If you believe you were charged for a failed transaction, contact us immediately at [email protected].

7. Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to your plan features until the subscription period ends.
