Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) govern the purchase and use of subscription plans offered by Laxm OPC Pvt. Ltd. through LLMKOSHA. By completing a purchase you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these T&C.

2. Subscription Plans

We offer the following subscription plans:

  • Starter (Free): 1 domain, 3 total scans.
  • Starter Plus (₹19.99/year): 1 domain, unlimited scans.
  • Pro (₹39.99/year): 3 domains, unlimited scans.
  • Business (₹99.99/year): 10 domains, unlimited scans.

All paid plans are billed annually. Plan features and pricing are subject to change with prior notice.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely via PayU. We do not store your card or bank details. By initiating a payment, you agree to PayU's terms and privacy policy. Transactions are in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

4. Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment, your subscription will be activated immediately and an invoice will be sent to your registered email address. If payment fails, no subscription will be activated and you will not be charged.

5. Coupon Codes & Discounts

Coupon codes are single-use per account, cannot be combined with other offers, and are valid only for the specified plan(s) and date range. Laxm OPC Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to invalidate coupons in cases of abuse.

6. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. You must manually renew at the end of your billing period. We will send a reminder email before your subscription expires.

7. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining period on a downgrade.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your plan features until the period ends.

9. Disputes

For any billing disputes, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction date. We will investigate and respond within 5–7 business days.

10. Governing Law

These T&C are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
